Welcome to Vectis Youth camps

Who are we?
We are registered youth charity operating campsites on the Isle of Wight for organised youth groups.

Are you well established?
We have been operating the sites for nearly thirty years. We are approved by the Boys Brigade and other youth organisations, and have schools, church groups, scouts, Boys Brigades and many others as regular satisfied clients.

So what do you provide?
We provide all the camping equipment you need including permanent kitchens, washrooms, hot showers and flush toilets. All of which are of high standard. We invest every year in improvements to the sites and our customers tell us we are among the best equipped, modernised sites of this type in the country.

Site Descriptions

We have three separate sites all with facilities. All three are 15 minutes walk from Whitecliff Bay, one of the best beaches on the Island. All have permanent kitchens with mains gas and electric and contain all you need for larger groups. This includes fridges, freezers, cooking ranges, ovens and all you need to self cater for your group.
You will be provided with large ridge tents and full ground sheets as well as a large marquee suitable for your camp for dining and/or recreation, along with tables and seating. All this is included in the price. Additional ridge tents and marquees are also available for hire.
You will have exclusive use of the site, field and facilities for your stay.

Site 1 is set in an 8 acre field and accommodates between 55 and 200 people. It has superb views over the Solent and is a huge field capable of supporting a major activity programme. It also has a permanent hall that has a pool table and TV/video facilities for hire.

Site 2 is set in a 6 acre field with similar stunning views. It can accommodate between 55 and 150 people.

Site 3 is a smaller field that is perfect for camps of 25 to 50 people.
